• Sparring seminar 7 years plus

This is completely different to anything we have done before. This is a great opportunity to either start sparring at beginner level and receive the full sparring kit, or if you have been sparring for a while, this is a chance to really advance your skills. 

Level 1 – Learn the basics of sparring and receive the bag and kit- complete beginners.

Level 2 – More advance sparring skills and drills, with safe and controlled sparring matches. Students who have not yet competed. 

Level 3 – Advance sparring skills and drills, including strategies for point scoring; specific for the championships. Level 3 includes practice for championship sparring with full ring set up and referees. This level is specifically designed at building on your strengths and identifying your areas of development to improve your sparring skills. 

Levels 1 & 2: 10:00-12:00pm

Level 3: 10:00-1:00pm

This seminar is ideal for advancing your sparring skills to the next level or if you are interested in competing in the championships. 

We only have 50 spaces available. These are available on a first come first served basis. 

Level 1 – £160 (Complete beginners – includes sparring kit.)*

Level 2 – £30 (for those who already have a full sparring kit, have not competed yet)

Level 3 – £40 (For those who already have a full sparring kit and have competed in a championships OR are red-stripe & above.) 

*If you are level 1 and a complete beginner we understand this is a commitment financially. We are happy for you to pay a £40 deposit to secure your place and the remaining balance to be paid by arrangement.  T&C’s apply
